From fear to fierce — how one woman reclaimed her power on the runway and beyond.

In an industry often obsessed with youth, Olga Minkevich is redefining the rules — with beauty, grace, and fearless determination. The 34-year-old Belarusian model’s rise from casting-call nerves to center-stage confidence is nothing short of inspiring.

In this exclusive VIONNE Magazine editorial, shot by Anastasiya Talachova at Impulse Photo Studio, Olga radiates cinematic elegance and high-fashion polish. Styled in DIART’s structured silhouettes and adorned with PourPour's striking accessories, her aura is bold and refined — the embodiment of a woman who has found her power.

With makeup and hair by Darina Morgunova, this shoot is not just about looks — it’s about legacy. From opening shows styled as Karl Lagerfeld to now gracing glossy pages and runways, Olga is a woman on a mission: to prove that it’s never too late to start again, stronger and more radiant than ever.

Interview with Olga Minkevich

VIONNE: Olga, since your debut at Belarus Fashion Art Week, your modeling journey has truly taken off. How has your confidence evolved since that first runway experience?

Olga: At Belarus Fashion Art Week, I didn't just walk the runway for the first time; I opened the show as Karl Lagerfeld himself. And that was the scariest part!

But my fear vanished the moment I stepped out and saw the people staring at me, taking photos and recording videos.

My fear was replaced by strength and the realization that this was my moment of glory. I didn't care what anyone thought about me. I immediately felt like a model at VICTORIA SECRET and walked forward with the same attitude.

After this show, I realized that I wanted more. It was there, on the runway, that I felt truly myself and that was where I belonged. Consequently, my confidence in myself and my abilities increased significantly.

VIONNE: From fashion shows to magazine covers and beauty shoots — how do you prepare mentally and physically for your jobs?

Olga: Photography and videography are what I love most. I know how to do it and improvise on the spot. I pay a lot of attention to my appearance when preparing. The most important thing is to be clean and tidy.

VIONNE: You mentioned overcoming fear early on in your modeling journey. What advice would you give to women who want to reinvent themselves later in life?

Olga: The most important advice I would give is not to be afraid and find a reason in advance why you definitely won't succeed. If you want to do modeling, just make a decision and go to the casting. This is the most important step - to go to classes. And develop, do the maximum of what you can. The result will not be long in coming.

VIONNE: Looking forward, what are your next goals in fashion and modeling? Is there a dream collaboration or runway you'd love to be part of?

Olga: My main goal in modeling is to turn it into a source of income. This is what I am actively working on right now. I want to build a strong portfolio and work with various brands as a model.

My dream is to walk the runway at Fashion Week in Paris, Milan, and New York in luxurious and memorable looks.
