All submissions are reviewed by VIONNE Magazine before publication. Submission of materials or selection of a feature option does not guarantee automatic publication. VIONNE Magazine reserves the right to decline a submission if it does not fit the editorial direction, quality standards or requirements of the magazine.

By submitting images, text, credits or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to submit them for publication. You also confirm that all necessary permissions from photographers, models, designers, stylists, makeup artists, agencies, brands or other involved parties have been obtained. If minors are included, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.

You retain the copyright to your submitted work. By submitting your materials, you grant VIONNE Magazine non-exclusive permission to use them for the agreed feature, including print publication, digital publication, web features, social media promotion, mockups, previews and tear sheets related to the feature.

VIONNE Magazine creates each feature based on the submitted materials and available information. VIONNE reserves editorial discretion regarding image selection, image order, cropping, layout, title suggestions, article structure, page count, feature placement and final visual presentation.

The contributor is responsible for providing complete and accurate team credits, Instagram handles, titles, article information and image files. VIONNE Magazine may edit submitted text for grammar, clarity, editorial tone and magazine style. Estimated page counts may vary depending on the final layout and issue structure.

Payment details are provided after review and confirmation. Feature production begins after all required materials, invoice details and payment confirmation have been received. Because every accepted feature is custom-created, payments are generally non-refundable once editorial work has started. Physical copies are available separately via MagCloud Print-on-Demand and are not included.

The information submitted through the form may be used to review the submission, communicate with the contributor, prepare the feature, process payment and create invoices. This may include name, email address, Instagram handle, website, location, billing details, image links, team credits and story information. Personal data is handled according to the VIONNE Magazine Privacy Policy.
