In The Last Train, Marta Rawska-Hryniawska turns a railway platform into a cinematic space suspended between departure and memory. Conceived as part of the visual world surrounding her music project, the editorial draws on vintage styling, historic steam locomotives, old railway carriages, and a small suitcase that immediately suggests movement, anticipation, and somewhere left behind. Photographed by Magdalena Nieckarz, the series feels intentionally nostalgic, with soft tailoring, a netted headpiece, muted tones, and flashes of locomotive red shaping a visual language that belongs to another era.
Yet the story is less about the past than about the emotional weight of leaving it. Marta moves through the setting like a character caught between two moments — one already lived, the other not yet known. The train becomes more than scenery; it becomes a symbol of transition, memory, and the quiet uncertainty of departure. The Last Train captures that in-between state with restraint, allowing fashion, music, and cinematic storytelling to meet in a story that feels both personal and timeless.
