Theresa Jeng: Own Vision

Confidence in Motion
Against the restless visual language of the city, Theresa Jeng moves between graffiti-covered walls and metropolitan streets with an ease that feels deliberately unpolished. Photographed by Tewfic El-Sawy, the series shifts from deep burgundy and graphic urban backdrops to softer brown tones, capturing a model interested not simply in being photographed, but in building a distinct creative identity. Theresa’s ambitions extend across editorial and fashion modeling, music, fashion and content creation, with an ultimate goal that is as personal as it is professional: becoming the strongest and most confident version of herself while creating a life that feels authentic, meaningful and fulfilling.
That sense of individuality also defines where she wants to go next. Theresa dreams of working with fashion houses and publications including Vogue, V Magazine and Harper’s Bazaar, particularly alongside creatives who approach fashion as an art form and use imagery to tell stories. Yet beneath the ambition is a grounded philosophy about longevity: rejection should never become identity, and another person’s trajectory should never dictate your own. For Theresa, confidence begins before recognition arrives. Her message to emerging models mirrors the energy of these photographs — keep showing up, keep evolving, and trust that individuality can become your greatest strength.
Interview with Theresa Jeng
VIONNE: Theresa, what are the biggest goals or dreams you're currently working toward, both professionally and personally?
Theresa: Professionally, I’m working toward building a strong career as an editorial and fashion model, working with inspiring photographers, designers, brands, and magazines around the world. I also want to continue growing creatively through music, fashion, and content creation. Personally, my biggest goal is to become the strongest and most confident version of myself, while creating a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.
VIONNE: Is there a dream brand, designer, photographer, or magazine you would love to collaborate with one day, and why?
Theresa: I would love to collaborate with major fashion houses and editorial publications such as Vogue, V Magazine, and Harper’s Bazaar. I’m especially drawn to creatives who see fashion as an art form and aren’t afraid to tell a story through an image. Being able to create something timeless and expressive with a team like that would be an incredible experience.
VIONNE: If you could leave one message for aspiring models who are just beginning their journey, what would it be?
Theresa: Believe in yourself before anyone else does. Your journey may not look like someone else’s, and that’s okay. Keep showing up, keep learning, take care of your confidence, and don’t let rejection define you. Your individuality is your strength. Stay true to who you are and keep going—the right opportunities will find you.
