Chic Without Expiry
In Timeless Chic, photographer Jeffrey Sielski returns to Vibe Space Studio Manhattan with a series built around elegance, confidence, and the lasting force of a strong fashion image. For Jeffrey, timelessness begins with two essential qualities: beauty and power. Through model Tresy Curcelli of Manhattan Model Management, the editorial moves between black lace, sculptural posing, colored studio backdrops, and a striking aqua look that shifts the mood from seductive restraint to polished glamour. The result is not trend-driven, but instinctive — a visual language shaped by presence, attitude, and the immediate impact of the frame.
The series thrives on contrast: dark, intimate studio lighting against soft pinks and cool turquoise; minimal styling against maximum confidence; elegance against bold physicality. Jeffrey describes the mood simply as “Sexy, bold, beautiful,” and that directness runs through every image. Tresy becomes the center of the story, bringing control, expression, and sharp editorial energy to each look. With lighting, colored gels, and different backgrounds shaped by the creative environment at Vibe Space Studio, Timeless Chic becomes a study in what makes fashion feel enduring: not excess, not trend, but beauty that commands attention.
Interview with Jeffrey Sielski
VIONNE: Jeffrey, Timeless Chic immediately suggests elegance that does not expire. What makes an image feel timeless to you?
Jeffrey: Beauty & Power, an image that has thoses qualities for me are timeless.
VIONNE: There is a certain confidence in simplicity. How do you decide when a fashion image needs more drama — and when it needs restraint?
Jeffrey: Honestly by the way the images are looking, it really depends on what you are going for, a photographer will know when its enough.
VIONNE: New York fashion has its own rhythm — sharp, polished, fast, and full of character. How does that energy influence your studio work?
Jeffrey: It does, but I don't follow trends.
